Publication Ethics

This journal is committed to upholding the highest standards of ethical conduct in scientific publishing and adheres to the guidelines established by the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE). All authors submitting manuscripts to this journal are expected to adhere to the following principles of ethical authorship:

Originality and Plagiarism: Authors must ensure that their submitted work is original and has not been previously published elsewhere in any language, in whole or in part. Any use of previously published material, including text, figures, or data, must be appropriately cited and attributed. Plagiarism in any form is strictly prohibited. Plagiarism, self-plagiarism and AI contribution are checked using online tools. In any case, The author(s) bear full responsibility for any legal repercussions resulting from their misconduct, including but not limited to plagiarism, self-plagiarism, and issues related to AI contributions.

It is the author(s)' sole responsibility to obtain and submit written permissions for any copyrighted material used in the manuscript with the initial submission. This responsibility extends to providing appropriate acknowledgement of the source and securing permission from the copyright holder to include the material in the Article, with such permission to be submitted with the paper. Moreover, the author(s) must ensure that all trademark usage within the Article is properly credited to its owner and that written permission for using the name is obtained and submitted during the first submission.

Post-publication review: Communications reporting plagiarism issues will only be considered if the sender is identified. Anonymous submissions will not be reviewed. The paper's authors with potential plagiarism problems must be cc on the communication.

In case of published papers that are found to contain plagiarism, the journal:

- immediately removes the paper from the journal archive, disabling all the links to the paper.
- disables the authors' accounts and rejects future submissions from the authors, banning the authors permanently.
- publishes the details about the paper on a dedicated page (LINK).

Protection Against Legal Claims Related to Content: The paper does not in any way contain any libellous, defamatory or confidential material liable to infringe any law or contractual obligation, and the Author(s) agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Journal and its publisher from and against any and all legal fees, damages, or other costs resulting from proceedings related to this matter.

Authorship Criteria: Authorship should be limited to those individuals who have contributed substantially to the conception, design, execution, or interpretation of the research. All individuals who meet these criteria should be listed as authors, and all listed authors should have approved the final version of the manuscript and agree to its submission.

Proper Attribution and Citation: Authors are responsible for accurately citing all sources used in their work. Proper attribution gives credit to the original authors and allows readers to verify the information presented.

Data Integrity and Reproducibility: Authors should ensure the accuracy and integrity of their research data. All data presented in the manuscript should be genuine and honestly reported. Authors may be asked to provide access to their data to allow for verification by the editorial team or reviewers.

Disclosure of Conflicts of Interest: Authors must disclose any potential conflicts of interest that could influence the objectivity or integrity of their research. This includes financial, personal, or professional relationships that might be perceived as creating a bias.

Duplicate Submission: Authors should not submit the same manuscript to multiple journals simultaneously.

Acknowledgement of Sources: Authors should properly acknowledge the contributions of individuals or organizations that supported the research, including funding sources, technical assistance, or other forms of support.

Responsibility of Corresponding Author: The corresponding author is responsible for ensuring that all co-authors have agreed to the submission and acting as the main point of contact with the journal throughout the peer review and publication process.

By submitting a manuscript to this journal, all authors acknowledge that they have read and understood these ethical authorship guidelines and agree to abide by them. Any breach of these ethical standards may result in the rejection of the manuscript or retraction of the published article. This journal reserves the right to investigate any allegations of research misconduct and will follow COPE guidelines in addressing such issues.

In line with our commitment to the quality and accuracy of published research, we provide a list of papers withdrawn at the authors' request, who retain copyright. These withdrawals result from a responsible process of updating and correction in full accordance with COPE directives.
